Ergonomics and elegance : you will appreciate Oxalis both for its ease of use as well as the details of its design including the hearth bed and the log guard which are equally functional and aesthetic. Its large ash tray, with its front wood panel that acts as a handle is easy and practical to use since you may empty it while the fire is going. Its glass door can be unhinged so that you may open it from the front or remove it and place it on the accessory stand, changing easily from a closed to an open hearth. Arkiane’s latest contemporary fireplace, with its very original design, has been named «Fayko» which in the Zarma dialect from Niger translates as «sharing» around the fire. Wherever you place it in your home, you will feel Fayko’s beneficial influence. As a symbol of sharing, it will remain ever present in your mind. Built-in models - one-sided: built into an existing wall or with a partition created around it, only its glass door and steel contours can be seen. As such, Fayko’s beauty can been seen as a living art work, a magical eye whose iris is enflamed with passion. - double-sided : both the front and the back are in glass allowing you to see the flames and feel the heat in two different rooms or in two distinct areas of a same room, one side pointing to the left, the other to the right.
